Houthis announce targeting of Saudi Ministry of Defense, airports in Dammam and Abha, and Aramco
Baghdad/NINA/— The Ansar Allah (Houthi) group in Yemen announced on Thursday that it had carried out four military operations targeting sites in Saudi Arabia using ballistic missiles and drones, while affirming that its military operations deep within Saudi territory would continue.
In a statement, the group reported that "the Yemeni Armed Forces have carried out four specific military operations over the past 48 hours, using a number of ballistic missiles and drones, in response to Saudi military escalation."
The group added that "the first operation targeted the Ministry of Defense building in the Saudi capital, Riyadh, confirming a direct hit; the second operation targeted the airport in Dammam, which resulted in the disruption of air traffic."
Furthermore, the group stated that "the third operation targeted the Aramco facility in Yanbu, causing a fire at the site, while the fourth operation targeted Abha International Airport, with the group confirming a direct hit."/End
