Baghdad /NINA/ – Prices for Basra Heavy and Medium crude oils rose today, Wednesday, amid an increase in global and regional oil prices.
Global oil price data indicated that the price of Basra crude increased by $1.65, reaching $69.35 per barrel—an increase of 2.44%.
The price of Basra Medium crude also rose by $1.65, reaching $73.35 per barrel—an increase of 2.30%.
Oil prices rose today, Wednesday, amid growing concerns regarding potential supply disruptions in the Middle East, driven by escalating risks to maritime shipping and oil infrastructure in Saudi Arabia. /End
