A Suspect Arrested in Diyala on Terrorism Charges and Another on Murder
Baquba / NINA / - Police forces arrested a man wanted on terrorism charges and another wanted for murder in Diyala.
A security source told the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA) correspondent: "A Diyala police force arrested a man wanted under Article 4 of the Counter-Terrorism Law in Al-Muqdadiyah district, northeast of Baquba, the provincial capital."
The source added: "The Baquba Criminal Investigation Department arrested a suspect wanted by the judiciary under Article 406, which pertains to murder, after surveillance and investigation."
The source continued: "The necessary legal procedures were taken against the suspects, and they were referred to the competent authorities." /End
